Simrishamn's old heated bathhouse now hosts exciting exhibitions, lectures and concerts. It is a museum, art gallery and a cultural meeting place in Österlen. Contemporary art, design, music, literature and poetry share the space with a collection of Gösta Werner's art.

Gösta Werner was a polymath – apart from being an artist, he was also a ship's captain, meteorologist and boxer. In the 1950s, he settled in Österlen and developed a personal artistic style featuring colourful tales from a life at sea.
