A personalised restaurant with a hotel and a tasting shop, in the heart of the Austrian countryside. Here you are surrounded by rolling landscapes, beautiful hiking trails and a silence that gives the soul peace. We are located in the small village of Andrarum, just 9 km from Brösarp, with nature as our closest neighbour - from the gladiator hovering over the garden to the stork Staffan, the deer and the wild boar. And yes, there are people here too, but above all it's the peace and quiet and the good food that take centre stage.

With us, you can enjoy an exciting, plant-based six-course menu, sleep soundly in our small hotel and be inspired by flavours from our wonderful Flavour Shop. In addition, we are retailers for the Big Green Egg with accessories and charcoal. You can also sign up for one of our popular cookery courses with various themes.
