Hallavång Vineyard is situated on the heights of Gladsax, approximately five kilometres west of Simrishamn. Here, amidst the open landscape and with Hanöbukten in view, grapes are cultivated and quality sparkling wine is produced on a small scale.

The vineyard is driven by a great passion for viticulture and the craft of producing a Swedish quality wine. The first vines were planted in 2015, after the idea of having their own vineyard grew into a new chapter in life. Today, the Solaris and Rondo grape varieties are cultivated in the stony soil of the estate.

Hallavång's sparkling wines are made according to the traditional champagne method. The work follows the seasons – from pruning and flowering to harvest, pressing and maturation. Every vintage is allowed to take its time, and most of the work is done by hand.

There is also the opportunity to buy the farm's wine in the farm shop. It is a place for those who are curious about Swedish winemaking, want to try sparkling wine from Österlen and experience a small vineyard close up.
