Organic, locally produced, free from toxins and stress - good food isn't good enough until it's good for everyone.
Maybe it's the proximity to rolling landscapes and foaming seas, maybe it's the burgeoning family trees of farmers. We don't know what the reason is, but where we come from, people care about food and all those affected by it.
Our food philosophy is a patchwork of the best from our home, in short: the good from Österlen. Here is a piece of it:

Vegetables

Root vegetables from Kåseberga, colourful and vitamin-rich from Ekogården in Kabusa, asparagus from Ingelstorp or rich mushrooms from Torna Hällestad, to give a few examples. With us you will always find fresh seasonal produce.

Eggs

On the farm Grandma's Happiness, the hens are happy; happy hens produce good eggs. Grandma's happiness is the hens' happiness, you could say.

Bread

Loaves, french pastries, rolls, baguettes and crackers. We have deliciously fragrant bread for morning, noon and night, straight from the baker.

Meat

Free and healthy green pasture, in flocks and in harmony, without stress and preventive medication. All our meat comes from farmers who care. It's for the best. For everyone, in every way

Cheese & charcuterie

Grafmans Goda, Per i Viken, Bondens bästa, Soldattorpets mejeri and Möllans ost. These are the names of some of our heroes at the cheese counter.

Oil & Vinegar

We've got both golden yellow and emerald green delights from local producers, but what would an oil collection be without the occasional Italian? In Sicily, ancient craft traditions are combined with a strong sense of sustainability. We've brought some of that here.

Sweets

Chocolate from renowned manufacturers, such as Österlens chokladfabrik, or freshly baked cakes made by our own pastry chef, tried and tested favourites from Olof Viktors, and much more. Come in for a coffee! Or pick the basket full ...

Snacks

We have Friday treats of and for all types: ice cream, kale chips, fruit chips, potato chips, popcorn (in various colours and flavours), burnt almonds, fudge, greens, cheese, charcuterie, chocolate (in cake or praline), nuts...

That's what it might have sounded like if we had been allowed to write the history of philosophy. Our passion is food, and everything to do with it. So, what would we be without our own restaurant?
Our popular chefs prepare tasty lunches where all the ingredients naturally have our quality stamp. Everything is made from scratch, without additives as far as possible, locally produced and organic in the first place. For those who are hungry for coffee, there are fresh cakes, pastries and chocolate in the café. All good things, all the way from handle to fork.
