This preservation method has many health benefits and is surprisingly easy to do successfully following a few key tips. By the end of the day, your empty take-home jars will be filled with vegetables and ready to bubble, at your home!
During our day together, you will learn about the amazing ability of microorganisms to transform fresh vegetables into something even more nutritious and beneficial for our bodies. We will go through the basics of successful fermentation, talk about flavourings and spices and compose our own exciting vegetable mixes.
