For many years, Catharina Ehlo has been the course leader for fully booked basic courses in natural medicine. At the request of participants, it was time for this continuation course. This course is an in-depth study of the healing substances found in herbal medicine and homeopathy.
Homeopathy is the second most widely used complementary medicine in the world. Many homeopathic medicines originate from medicinal plants. Homeopathy is a treatment concept developed by the German physician Samuel Hahnemann (1755-1843) "if a substance causes symptoms in a healthy person, it is possible to cure similar symptoms in a sick person with the same substance (similia similibus curentur)". A common denominator for all preparations is the high dilution. The course therefore also includes the potencies used.
