Now it's become a tradition at Hannas House too! This year's Goose Dinner is celebrated with fitting music in a ringing, swinging and singing Scanian dialect! Wonderful, lively and fun, as always. This year we have invited our wonderful friend Håkan Andersson, who during the evening may well play both the double bass and the accordion. Though not at the same time. Anna-Mia sings and Sven plays guitars. And sings. And the food. It has received such high praise from our guests that it's now time to work a bit on our hubris. Oouuu how tasty! Served on the buffet is homemade spiced black soup, mushroom soup with port wine cream, roast goose with the classic accompaniments of red cabbage, steamed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, prunes, cream sauce and cinnamon-scented apples. And for dessert, Hannas House apple cake with homemade custard and whipped cream. It cannot get any better!
