Welcome to the English Garden at Svabesholm!

Discover our romantic, charming and inspiring visitor garden with an English feel near Kivik in Österlen. The garden is about 3000 sqm and invites you to wander through colourful flower beds, fragrant roses and picturesque little houses. The garden is about 3000 sqm large and divided into different rooms, including rose garden, double perennial beds, woodland, meadows, greenhouse and kitchen garden.

The garden opened in 2015 and was awarded Simrishamn Municipality's Architecture Prize 2016 with the motivation "a fascinating and stylish garden with floral splendour and various inspiring elements that together give an appealing and memorable impression."

Take a seat on one of our English benches and enjoy the tranquillity for a while. Our ambition is for our visitors to get a wonderful sense of a 'controlled abundance' of flowers and to take home lots of gardening inspiration and pleasure.

In our adjacent plant shop you will find everything for your own gardening dream - from classic Austin roses, perennials, shrubs, summer flowers to beautiful pots and other accessories, and in our garden shop you can browse through gardening books, tools and other home and gardening gadgets.

Our garden is romantic with "a controlled exuberance" of flowers from spring to autumn with our speciality being English roses. We also have a plantshop where we sell plants and pots and a garden shop where you can find indoor plants, garden books and other things for home and garden.
