WELCOME,
To Restaurant Kalcium, in the village of Sankt Olof in Österlen. Kalcium offers a unique dining experience in a rustic setting dating back to 1902. Located in a converted dairy, Kalcium combines Nordic seasonal ingredients with a love of dairy products - a tribute to the local landscape and its history.

DINING ROOM
In the large dairy hall you will find "Matsalen", which offers an elegant four-course menu, with accompanying drink packages where taste and quality are in focus. During the season, the menu in the Dining Room is also served as a long lunch on Sundays.

CHEF'S TABLE
För dig som söker något extra intim och exklusiv upplevelse finns "Chef's Table", ett gemytligt utrymme avskilt från matsalen. Här erbjuds en avsmakningsmeny om 8-10 rätter, längs en lång bardisk intill köket. Anpassat för ett eller flera sällskap med åtta sittplatser.

BOULE & BAR
As an extension of the dining experience, the farm's Boule & Bar offers relaxation with free spontaneous games on boules courts, surrounded by the farm's apple and pear trees.
